| Randy Cameron joined Wal-Mart in 1996 as Divisional
Merchandise Manager for Softlines in Wal-Mart International. Since beginning
his career with Wal-Mart, he has also served as Regional Merchandise
Manager for South America, as well as General Merchandise Manager for
Wal-Mart International. Randy was promoted to Vice-President of Global
Sourcing in 2000 and recently stepped into the role of Vice President
of Global Development responsible for Supplier Development, Goods Not
for Resale Development and Merchandise Development for International.
Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Randy spent 14 years in the retail
industry. He worked with Mercantile Stores in a variety of
merchandising positions including the Product Development,
Operations and Buying areas.
